ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Yanmo Adetula has over 15 years of work experience at FTSE 100 organizations such as Marks & Spencer, British Airways, HSBC, the Financial Conduct Authority, Whitbread, John Lewis & Partners, and New Look, to mention a few.

Yanmo rose to the ranks very quickly, not banking only on hard skill expertise, but using her soft skill prowess, such as positive attitude, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and effective communication to successfully ascend the career ladders.

She believes that with developed and improved soft skills, BAME professionals will become indispensable forces to be reckoned with in both their careers and businesses.

Yanmo is also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming coach.
